PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This information is provided to the customers of ITS SRL Company in accordance with the GDPR REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Privacy Code")
 

PRIVACY

The data provided shall be processed for the following purposes: any activities related to the creation and management of the account, any activities related to the acceptance and processing of the order, including any accounting and tax compliances required by law, verification of the means of payment, for data security purposes, compliance with all legal obligations related to the operation of the site, and improvement and customization of the services offered and information transmitted, as well as for sending information concerning the products purchased or any special offers and promotions of similar products. The data will be processed mainly via computer and data transmission systems in compliance with the rights to privacy of the data subject. The security measures implemented by ITS SRL ensure that data can only be accessed by the persons in charge of processing the orders, monitoring and managing the website and related electronic communications, and prevent the dissemination of such data. The provision of data is optional, but a refusal to provide data may make it impossible to create an account and finalize the order. The data may be disclosed in Italy and abroad to the companies involved in the management of orders and business dealings and to the companies carrying out the services and orders, for the purposes of their management, performance, processing and payment.

The data controller is ITS SRL, with registered office in Italy, Via Comacchio 3 - 20139 Milan.

With regard to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the rights provided for by the Privacy Code, including (without limitation):

• 1 - The right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data records that concern the data subject, be informed on the origin of such data and obtain them in a comprehensible form.
• 2 - The right to obtain information on the data processing purposes and methods and on the identity of the data controller and processors, and to obtain from them the updating, rectification, and, if interested, supplementation of the data.
• 3 - The right to obtain the erasure, transformation into anonymous information or freezing of any data processed in breach of the law.
• 4 - The right to object, in whole or in part, to:  a) the processing of personal data, even if relevant to the purpose for which they have been collected, for any legitimate reasons; b) the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sale materials or carrying out out market research, or for commercial communication.

To exercise these rights, the data subject can contact the data controller, by e-mail at the address info@shop-its.com specifying name, surname, e-mail address and, if possible, customer number. Depending on the choices made when creating and accessing the account, the Buyer may receive offers from ITS SRL, as indicated when the account was created. If the Buyer does not wish to receive these offers, he/she can at any time request to discontinue them by sending an e-mail to: info@shop-its.com indicating name, surname, e-mail address and, if possible, customer number.
 

USE OF COOKIES

When the Buyer visits the ITS SRL website, we send to the Buyer's computer one or more (a small file containing a string of characters) which uniquely identify his/her browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service, as well as to store user preferences, optimize search results and advertising selection and monitor user habits such as search methods. If the Buyer does not want to receive cookies, it will be sufficient for him/her to change the configuration parameters of his/her browser. Our website will still allow navigation within shop-its.com.

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND COURT OF JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the court of jurisdiction shall be the court of the place of residence of the respondent or, at the claimant's choice, the court of the actual place of delivery of the product. The Website is compliant with Italian legislation and in no event shop-its.com guarantees compliance with local regulations that would be applicable when the Buyer accesses the Website from other countries.
